Every week we had a person coming for Go Go Golf. We had 3 lessons and it cost $1.00 for each lesson, $3.00 altogether.  4/5G had Go Go Golf before lunch and 5/6T  had Go Go Golf after lunch had finished.  There were 10 groups, some groups had 2 people and some groups had 3 people.

In the first section we played a lot of games like we have to hit the ball into a hoop and Harbour Bridge.  Harbour Bridge is when you have to hit the ball between your partners legs and if you do you get 10 points.  One of the other games was you have to hit the ball as far as you can.

In the second week we played more games hit the ball in the hoop again, hit the ball as far as you can, World Cup Soccer and Cricket. In World Cup Soccer you have to hit the ball through 2 posts and if you score you get 10 points. Cricket is when you hit the ball at your partner's legs.

In the last week we were in groups, the Pinks against the Yellows.  We did all the same activities and the Pinks won.  Go Go Golf was a good experience.

Year 4, 5 and 6 have learnt about golf in the last 3 Monday afternoons. The program is called Go Go Golf, it is run by the Jack Newton's Golf Foundation. The person's name who ran it was Kurt.

We learnt to hit the ball properly and how to hold the golf club. First we had to hit the ball into the ring if you do, you get 50 points.

Then we played another game. We had to try to hit as far as we could and we played another game.

Your friend had to stand 2 metres away from you and you tried to hit the tennis ball to your friend's feet. The other game was you had to hit the ball into the ring, there was a big ring and small ring if you hit the ball in to the big ring you will get 100 points and if you hit the ball in to the small ring you will get 300 points.

After 3 weeks we had to play $3 and it was good because in the last 3 weeks l have learnt a lot of golf. l had a great time with Go Go Golf.

For the last three Monday afternoons we have been learning golf, the program is called Go Go Golf. It is run by the Jack Newton Golf Foundation. The instructor's name was Kurt.

We have learnt how to hit the ball properly, and how to chip the ball and all other golf skills.

We also got to play games. One of the games was you had to hit the ball into the hoop and if you got it in you get 50 points and there was another game called Harbour Bridge, where your partner had to put their legs apart and the other person had to try hit the ball through their legs. If you hit the ball through your group would get 50 points.

At the end of the lesson Kurt added up all the group points and the awards you could get were most improved, runners up and champions. Some of the prize winners were Chanon, Elliott, Myfawny, Anna, Andrea, William and Matthew.

For three lessons it cost $3:00. After the lessons I feel like going onto a real golf course for a game.
