Last week Brookvale Public School played Rugby League against Allambie Heights at Nolan‘s Reserve.

When we got there some of the players were practising their drop goal kicks. Two girls, Natasha and myself play for the seniors.

When we finished practising we went to watch the Juniors play. I liked it when Ma'afu ran from his 10 metre line to their line and scored a try.

Then it was half time and they were only allowed to have a little drink and then the referee called us to get back on.

In the end both the senior and junior teams won.

In the last three weeks it has been raining and sport has been cancelled.

This week Brooky School had their first Rugby League Football game. The first game was against Cromer Public School at Nolan‘s Reserve.

At 12:15p.m. classes 2/3M, 4/5G and 5/6T walked outside. The footballers put on their footy clothes but some other people had already put them on so they only need to put on their footy boots.

At Nolans the Junior Team warmed up before they played against Cromer.

At the end the Junior Team lost but the Brooky Senior Team won!
