Last Thursday our cricket team played Harbord School in the final
of the Manly
Warringah Cricket Cup.
We won the toss a we choose to bat first. The openers were Elliot and Chanon. Elliot got out for 19 and Adam had a bat and got out for 7 runs. Chanon and Matthew were not out with Chanon getting the most runs. We were 2 for 84 and they had to get 85 runs to win.
They had a bat and they finished up with 7 for 86. This was the first time our school ever made the finals. Mr Richard was very proud of us all.
Although we lost we still had fun and we also went to have a drink
at McDonalds.
