Jim Williams is a Rugby Union player for the ACT Brumbies.

Jim Williams was born on 8 December 1968. Williams is a council ranger in the ACT.

Williams likes to play in the Number 8 jersey and at 182 cm tall and weighing 110kg he is physically matched to this position. His playing record is: Australia Sevens 1992-1999, Australian Wallabies 1999-2001, ACT Brumbies 1996-2001

He was in outstanding form in the 2001 season and played a major role in the Wallabies regaining the Bledisloe Cup from the mighty All Blacks and winning the Tri-Nations Series for the first time.  Williams was named the ACT Brumbies' Best and Fairest player of the 2000 Super 12's series.

The experience he has gained with the 14 appearances with  the Wallabies will see him become an important leader for the Brumbies in the next Super 12 series.
